The Moo Box

Open since spring 2017, this ice cream shop offers delicious frozen yogurts, with a dairy base that is almost 0% fat, to be customized by yourself. You choose your Moo Box size, flavor, and toppings: seasonal fruits, organic cereals, cookies... Thankfully, the base is light... The shop also offers Liege waffles, a hot chocolate bar (9 different origin chocolates to choose from), smoothies, frozen yogurts, milkshakes, and since 2023 artisanal ice cream.

Surprisingly delightful! But it's a safe bet.

Yogurt Factory Nantes 10, rue des Halles - Nantes La Rainette Bleue This discreet little spot in Trentemoult offers ice cream and waffles from April to September, to take away or enjoy on the small terrace by the water, while admiring Nantes. The artisanal ice creams are made in Morbihan, but the cones, waffles, chocolate sauce, etc., are made on site. While the ice cream flavors may seem limited, they are original and delicious: violet, piña colada, vanilla, caramel, strawberry, coffee, pistachio, blackberry, apricot, lime, gingerbread or chocolate. Expect to pay 2.50 euros for one scoop, 4 euros for 2 scoops, and 5 euros for 3 scoops. To find out if it's open, keep an eye out for the flags planted at the entrance.

Here you can enjoy a delicious ice cream with a secret recipe developed in Pornic. As for flavors, treat yourself to a strawberry sorbet, a raspberry-passion fruit swirl (one of my favorites), wild blackberry...
