The only Michelin-starred restaurant in Nantes, it is masterfully managed by Chef Jean-Yves Guého. And it's safe to say that the setting is stunning and offers an unbeatable view of the Loire, enhanced by precise and delicate cuisine, focusing on fish and Loire wines.

Geneston, have you heard of it? This town of 3600 inhabitants located 30 minutes from Nantes houses a place worth a visit. It's the restaurant Le Pelican, where Chef Olivier Guenoun offers gastronomic cuisine with local products, and where everything is homemade. The bread is baked fresh every day by the restaurant's pastry chef, and the ice cream and sorbets are also made in-house. Excellent value for money.
