In 3rd place, Sources also received a beautiful 15/20 rating. Ingrid Deffein and Guillaume Decombat, the managers, are described as "modern giants" by Gault et Millau. Coming in at 4th place, we find Le Manoir de la Régate with a rating of 14.5/20. Located on the banks of the Erdre, this establishment followed the teachings of chef Mathieu Pérou's father. But what really made the difference was the chef's character and technique, as well as the improved service thanks to his sister's presence in the dining room. A beautiful family story that continues and provides us with a charming meal with a view of the water!

Finally, the 5th place is shared by two restaurants: Pickles and Roza, both rated 14/20. Gault et Millau appreciates "the openness to the world" and the "cool attitude" of Dominic Quirke at Pickles, while Jean-François Pantaléon at Roza is rewarded for "the sure hand and current ideas."
