Vincenzo the youngest member of Famiglia Caruso
After Naples, Paris, and London, Jérémy decided to come back to Nantes to introduce the true and unique Neapolitan pizza to the people of Nantes. The initial idea was to pay tribute to his grandparents by opening Graziella (his grandmother's name) and Vincenzo (his grandfather's name).
Since these two openings, Famiglia Caruso is considered the best pizzeria in Nantes.
The pizzas are entirely handmade and cooked at 480°C in a Neapolitan wood-fired oven to preserve the traditions of Neapolitan pizza (classified as intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO since December 2017).
