A coffee shop, a restaurant… and a garden center!

Stepping through the door of the Café Bouture feels like entering a true urban oasis. Here, plants aren’t just for decoration: they’re also for sale! Among hanging ferns, succulents, and various tropical species, the place breathes nature.
“In Nantes, there was a lack of a space where plant enthusiasts could gather,” shares Mélissa Brault, founder and manager of the venue.
But Café Bouture doesn’t stop there: you also come here to enjoy delicious food! Mélissa offers a comforting and delightful menu, where every dish is homemade, with a special focus on fresh and seasonal ingredients.

A "neighborhood cafeteria" accessible to everyone

With 34 seats (and soon an additional fifteen places thanks to the pedestrianization of the street), Café Bouture aims to be a cozy spot where you can enjoy a great coffee, grab a quick lunch, or share a friendly moment with friends.
On the menu? Reimagined traditional dishes, delicious cookies (including vegan and gluten-free options), and soon brunches on Saturdays (with reservation).
“I try to cater to all dietary needs so that everyone can enjoy themselves without any frustration,” explains Mélissa.

The local shopkeepers have noticed and have already made Café Bouture their new favorite coffee break spot before opening their stores. Less than a month after its opening, Mélissa is savoring this first victory. “You can’t rest on your laurels, but it’s a point of pride,” she confides.

So, are you ready to come sip a coffee among the plants?
