Exciting news this year: the creation of the Profession’L Journey, a guided path designed to support participants at every stage of their careers. This innovative approach beautifully reflects the philosophy of the event, which aims to assist women regardless of their situations or aspirations for growth. The six steps of this unique journey cover all professional challenges:

*Exploring local opportunities and discovering a network of engaged players,
*Training and upgrading skills to keep moving forward,

Among the 60 scheduled events, some conferences...They are set to be particularly inspiring:
*Marie Eloy (founder of Femmes des Territoires and Bouge ta Boîte, member of the High Council for Equality) will lead a conference titled “Will Women Save the World?” on Wednesday, October 8.
*Anne-Laure Nouvion, founder of the Academy of Neurons, will explore resilience and neuroscience, demonstrating how to turn a challenge into a growth lever.
*Catherine Barba, a key figure in French entrepreneurship, will share her insights on the theme: “The Secret to Convincing.”

Founded by Valentine Mulliez and Séverine Vanleene, the Profession’L Fair has been around for over 10 years and has established itself in several major French cities (Bordeaux, Lille, Nantes). Alongside its large events, the network fosters a community of nearly 30,000 followers on social media and develops Master Classes throughout the year.
