His secret?
He simply talks to the drivers. Being an entrepreneur and independent himself, he easily finds topics to converse about.
And his most memorable experience dates back to December 2022 when he watched the final of the World Cup in a driver's car. “I had to go to work and, since I don't have a car, I ordered a ride to get there. Between the traffic jams and the high demand that evening, I had to wait a little while before finding a driver. And in the end, I experienced the penalty shootout on the radio in the car with the driver, we were really into it!”
Some advice from the VTC company to get 5 stars?
- Be polite and respectful towards the driver and their vehicle
- Do not slam the door.To avoid damage to the vehicle or putting your shoes on the seats
- be on time and at the right place for pickup
- do not drink, eat, or smoke in the back of the vehicle
