For the first stop of its tour, the show « Immersia – Along the Water » promises you a unique and grand experience.
An Extraordinary Setup
After more than a year of preparation, the Immersia show will take you on a journey through an impressive set design, featuring around thirty projectors, a hundred lights, and giant sails. This 360° setup will immerse you in a total immersive atmosphere, blending voices, music, video mapping, and light displays. A special electro-orchestral musical piece has even been composed for this occasion, bringing together over 30 instruments. Every Thursday, Florence Ladmirault, the titular organist of the grand organ, improvises live to the electro-orchestral work created by Delacroix Studio, making the 2800 pipes of this extraordinary instrument resonate. She is accompanied by Claire Ladmirault, a flutist trained at the Nantes Conservatory, who is also pursuing a career as a lyrical singer exploring a varied repertoire.
eacute; ; and also by Nelly Pichot-Badeaud, an actress and lyrical artist trained at the conservatories of Nantes and Versailles.See this post on Instagram
A True Maritime Odyssey
The theme of the show, water and light, is closely linked to the story of the Notre-Dame de Bon-Port church, a symbol of protection for sailors, located near the quai de la Fosse, which was once at the heart of the Nantes port.
For nearly an hour, you will embark on an odyssey filled with moments of calm, storms, and doubts. Divided into three acts, this sensory experience will touch all sensitivities. An exceptional show for both young and old.
You’ve got it, IMMERSIA is a captivating and poetic performance where history and modernity come together in a unique setting.
