This week, it's Fanny and Clarisse from Kinfolk (2 quai Turenne) who are offering you a recipe as delicious as it is comforting, perfect for these times of confinement: the delicious Mac n'cheese that is on the menu at their coffee shop. Ingredients, for 8 people: - 400g Cheddar - 500g macaroni - 150g salted butter - 50g flour - 95cl milk - 50g breadcrumbs Recipe: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. 2. Grate the Cheddar. 3. Cook the pasta and drain. 4. Heat the milk gently in a saucepan and set aside. 5. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the flour. Stir the mixture with a whisk. Let it simmer slightly, then add the hot milk while stirring constantly. 6. Once the sauce begins to thicken, remove from heat. 7. Add the grated Cheddar, then mix well.Pour the sauce over the pasta, and mix everything before pouring it into a gratin dish.
  • Sprinkle the surface with breadcrumbs.
  • Cooking: 20 minutes in the oven, serve immediately.
