A baffling takeoff
Passengers found themselves stuck at the boarding gate, as the staff was unable to scan their boarding passes or passports. "The staff couldn't scan our boarding passes or passports, nothing was going through," recounted a passenger who was there.
Despite numerous unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, the passengers' wait was cut short by an unexpected announcement. An airport agent came to inform the hundred passengers that the pilot was going to close the doors and take off without them: "The pilot is going to close the doors, he doesn't want to wait," he declared.
