But how is that possible?

On that day, a global computer bug affects Windows systems and causes disruptions in several airports around the world, including the one in Nantes. This technical issue resulted in flight delays and cancellations, creating a chaotic situation for airlines and their passengers.
But you are not done with surprises yet! Despite all passengers being at the boarding gate, the Ryanair pilot decided to take off without them. Travelers, ready to board after experiencing delays, watched their plane leave the runway. A surreal scene that quickly spread confusion and frustration.

A baffling takeoff

Passengers found themselves stuck at the boarding gate, as the staff was unable to scan their boarding passes or passports. "The staff couldn't scan our boarding passes or passports, nothing was going through," recounted a passenger who was there.
Despite numerous unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue, the passengers' wait was cut short by an unexpected announcement. An airport agent came to inform the hundred passengers that the pilot was going to close the doors and take off without them: "The pilot is going to close the doors, he doesn't want to wait," he declared.

The passengers still haven't heard back from the company, the customer service adamantly refuses to reimburse them because for them, the flight was not canceled and did take place. Unbelievable but true!
