Where to park for free this summer?
Free parking applies to all the yellow zones spread across several neighborhoods in the city: Île de Nantes, Saint-Jacques, Malakoff, Hauts-Pavés Saint-Félix, and Dervallières-Zola. Typically paid, these areas are now open for free until August 15th. It’s a summer measure that helps ease the budget a bit, especially during vacation time when city travel might ramp up.
Attention, the red zone remains paid
No worries, but be careful! While the yellow zone is free, that’s not the case for the red zone! Parking there is still paid from Monday to Saturday, including during the summer. These red zones are usually located in the heart of the city and close to heavily frequented areas.

*The blue zone, which allows you to park for free for 1 hour and 30 minutes with a disk
