Machines de l’île in Nantes: nocturnal festivities planned for 2024!

After a few weeks of makeover, the Machines de l'île have reopened their doors since February 10, with a nice surprise for this new year. Once a month, from 7pm to 10pm, you can discover the site from a very different perspective: at nightfall.

What would Nantes be without its Machines de l'île? There is nothing better than overlooking the city in the most extraordinary way, on the back of the Grand Elephant, a star for over 10 years. It quickly became an emblem of the city and a tourist attraction. With a brand new direction since last September, we were eagerly awaiting the announcement of the new additions.


Nighttime visits for 2024

No new creatures this year but indeed the arrival of night tours, once a month on Tuesdays or Thursdays between 7pm and 10pm. The main idea behind this theme is to present the site from a different perspective, mainly aimed at the city residents, in order to show them a different story, a more intimate vision with light games and smoke effects. A feast for the eyes.
