Joking aside, let's open the doors of the sandwich shop Artisans Umami, present in Nantes since November 2023, on Voltaire Street, just a stone's throw from the Dobrée Museum. A restaurant that focuses above all on the quality of its products, especially its organic beef and farmer chicken. As for the recipes, they are all developed on site, and of course everything is homemade.

More than just a marketing stunt, this sandwich is as beautiful as it is tasty. Remember its name well: The Versailles. A hot recipe consisting of a melting organic beef steak, a flavorful matured pepper cheddar cheese, beef bacon, all sprinkled with 24-carat gold leaf.
