The master of the Hamburgé is bringing back his Tartuffe that was a hit last year already. On the menu: Charolais or Limousin beef, Mont d'Or raw milk cheese from Fromager Beillevaire, arugula, Frangine sauce with truffle prepared with truffles from Artisan de la Truffe.
