This year, one particular work is set to outshine all the others. Globoscope, the mesmerizing creation from the Collectif Coin, is returning to Nantes to celebrate its 10th anniversary. And it's not an occasion to be taken lightly.
A monumental luminous work at the heart of Nantes' heritage
From September 18 to 20, from 9 PM to 11 PM, head to the Château des Ducs de Bretagne to experience an unprecedented sensory journey. The historical setting becomes the backdrop for a futuristic installation featuring over 250 luminous spheres, perfectly synchronized, transforming the courtyard of the château into a living constellation. The lights dance, vibrate, and pulse to the rhythm of an electronic choreography, and the audience is literally immersed in the heart of the spectacle.

An immersive new version with Simo Cell
And to celebrate its 10th anniversary, Globoscope isn’t coming alone. The Coin Collective is teaming up with DJ and producer Simo Cell, a key figure in the Nantes electro scene, to offer a fresh auditory interpretation of the work. The result? A magical dialogue between light and sound, between technology and emotion. Already showcased in London, Shanghai, New York, and Berlin, this iconic installation returns to where it all began, but with a unique touch made in Nantes.

A meeting between poetry and technology
Globoscope is more than just a work of art; it’s an immersive, contemplative, and collective experience. It’s the perfect opportunity to rediscover Nantes in a new light (or rather, under new lights), whether with family, friends, or even solo.
So mark your calendars for the evenings of September 18 to 20, and get ready to dream with your eyes wide open.
