Maison Marguerite is the new restaurant that opened its doors a little over a month ago (on December 21, 2024, to be precise). At the helm is Stéphane Martin, who took over the spot from the former 1789, located at Impasse Périer. Well, here's a little twist: in reality, Maison Marguerite isn't REALLY new. The restaurant had already been around for several years under the name "La Ferme de Marguerite," but it recently moved to this gorgeous location, previously occupied by the 1789 restaurant.
