The Catalan Glacier knows how to make ice cream! Created in 1950, it started with a small cart on the beaches of Palavas-les-Flots. Five years later, a shop opened on the left bank of Palavas. For 73 years, fruity sorbets and delicious ice creams have come out of the Catalan Glacier's laboratory. All their recipes are made on-site with secret methods that make them so unique. Delicious!Beautifully presented, you can spend long moments in front of the display before ordering one or several flavors. Hurry before it melts!

La maison Poiret, perfect for a day at the beach

Whether before or after a day at the beach, we love strolling along the Palavas pier. One thing is for sure, we can't resist for long before deciding to have an ice cream cone, especially after passing by Maison Poiret ice cream parlor. It's actually Mr. Poiret himself who makes the frozen treats!
