The Most Original: Maison L'Œuf

Maison L'Œuf, the hideout of Vincent and Clémentine Rosset where the egg takes center stage! Since 2018, this sibling duo has been located on Place de la Comédie (formerly known as Place de l'Œuf, hence the name). Vincent, the pastry chef, is living out his childhood dream by creating creations that would make Willy Wonka himself jealous. Eggs with strawberry rhubarb, eggs with yuzu kiwi, or even eggs with chocolate and pecan... just thinking about it makes our mouths water! And for the purists, don't worry: the apple pie is still on the menu, but with a Maison L'Œuf twist. To top it off, all the ingredients are local and seasonal, and the flour is 100% organic. A guilt-free way to treat yourself!
