Le Soulo is certainly a quirky idea, but not as much as you might think! This restaurant, imagined by two brothers, Nicolas and Maxence Delifio, promises you a unique gastronomic experience. Indeed, you will have the opportunity to enjoy delicious Mediterranean cuisine while observing marine life through specially designed glass windows that offer a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view!
A 360-Degree Panoramic View
With a menu exclusively made from marine products, you can enjoy a wide selection of fresh shellfish and fish : lavaret, octopus, and even shark will be available on the menu. Worried about the prices? Well, maybe not so much! Expect to pay 60€ per person for access to the restaurant and a three-course meal.
A futuristic architecture
In the Soulo restaurant, the modern and futuristic architecture subtly evokes the underwater world. Outside, the entrance resembles a submarine hatch, while the metal walls evoke the hull of a ship. Inside, clients will be greeted by a bright and spacious hall. At the back of the restaurant, many windows are present, all facing the outside, creating an immersive and captivating ambiance!
An announcement that already sparks enthusiasm, the opening date has not yet been announced, but we are already looking forward to it!
