Behind the name of this new little beachfront spot is a heartfelt tribute. Colette is Joël's mom. She was the one, back in the late 90s, preparing homemade dishes for the launch of La Voile Bleue. Today, her name graces a new venue that aims to be more intimate, more modest, but always crafted with love, just like her!
At Colette, everything is focused on simplicity and sincerity. Red vinyl chairs, embroidered tablecloths, vintage black and white photos, all accompanied by classic French hits from Brel, Aznavour, or Barbara. It’s a true timeless escape where you can sip a drink facing the sea, free from any pressure.

A French kitchen we love
No trendy menu or deconstructed dishes here, at Colette the cuisine will be 100% French, just like a good bistro. While the final menu is yet to be revealed, one thing is for sure: you can have lunch for less than 35€, which is quite rare with your toes in the sand!
Work begins in mid-May, and the team is currently in full recruitment mode for the season… If you dream of spending the summer with your feet in the sand, this might just be the right time. See you in early June for the opening!
