After a journey in the most prestigious establishments in the country and a few other experiences abroad, in Norway and Switzerland.And so, the lovebirds decide to open their own restaurant in Montpellier! 🍽🥂🎉

Here, the two managers want to create a cozy, yet contemporary intimate place, serving a modern and delicious cuisine with Mediterranean influences. Everything is prepared with fresh and local products, sourced from sustainable agriculture, and above all, accompanied by attentive service.Let's embark on a culinary journey. Aubrac beef aged in two ways, as tartare and grilled on the barbecue, enhanced by an excellent meat juice; pan-seared scallops, beef marrow, and pear puree; Vigan trout gravlax with wild fennel; a platter of cheeses from the Cremerie des Beaux Arts... A medley of lovely dishes that make your mouth water.
