It was at the Paris Coffee Show, the big event for the coffee industry in France, that the award was presented. After selecting the ten best coffee shops in the country, a jury of experts secretly visited the locations to assess the welcome, the quality of the drinks, creativity, and even eco-friendly commitment. The result: three establishments stood out, but it was De la Sierra, the Montpellier hangout of Enzo Argueta, that took the prize!
