At the top of the Miranove residence, just a stone's throw from the banks of the Lez, a suspended terrace seems to float in the warm air of Montpellier. You can climb up to settle in at the restaurant, which opened in early April, and discover the cuisine of Cyril Garcia, former chef of Ånga in Beaulieu, assisted by Jérémy Hardi, who has worked at Blackeys.

At noon, the menu heads straight for the Mediterranean: local ingredients, seasonal choices, and refined dishes with a touch of global inspiration. A precise, bright cuisine that embraces the horizon. And every weekend, from 11 AM to 3 PM, Miranove presents its take on brunch, moving away from the classic buffet to offer an intelligent and inventive à la carte format. The plan (33 €) starts gently: unlimited hot drinks, homemade juices, and warm pastries. Then come the plates, allowing you to mix and match according to your cravings between savory and sweet, land and sea, brunch and a true feast.
A rooftop that comes alive all day long
Brunches are great, but Miranove is bursting with other concepts; it’s a true chameleon. Indeed, in the morning, the place opens up as a coffee shop : from 10 AM to 5 PM, you can settle in to work or relax.discussing, coffee in hand, laptop pointed at the sky. At noon, we sit down to eat. Then starting at 5 PM, the bar takes over, cocktails flow and the terrace takes on its chic aperitif colors: craft beers, carefully selected wines, tapas… everything is designed to prolong the joy!

We were almost forgetting the best part! On the 6th floor, just below, surprise: a pool awaits the guests of the serviced apartments. Yes, a pool, proudly sitting in the middle of the well-kept greenery, with sun loungers, facing a breathtaking sunset. There will also be some musical events this summer, to make this elevated spot even more vibrant.
