A 10,000 m² space with 3 food courts and coworking will open in Montpellier

Exciting news! A new five-story building is being built in Montpellier, nestled between the highway and the TGVer train station. Once completed in 2026, it will be a lively hub with rooftops, greenhouses, and plenty of space to work, relax, dine, and have fun. This amazing place will have 10,000 square meters of office and coworking space, bars, a concert cafe, food courts, restaurants, a bike workshop, a gym, a daycare, and even a student campus. There truly will be something for everyone! The project is set to revitalize Montpellier and improve the lives of its workers.
