Gone are the asphalt and exhaust fumes, Max Rouquette Square is getting a makeover. The plan includes greening, bleachers, a kiosk, children's games, and even a space for cultural and sports events. The goal? "To expand the city center and create a more pleasant living space," explains Boris Bellanger, the elected official in charge of the project.

Of course, the closure of the Arceaux parking lot doesn't make everyone happy. The city hall suggests using the Pitot parking lot, located 300 meters away. For fans of boules (without any pun intended), the petanque courts will be maintained during the square's new development. No need to panic for lovers of fresh products, the city hall has planned three short-term parking areas
