56 million euros in renovations
The bill is going to be quite high, with a budget of 56 million euros. But what is it all for, you might ask? Well, mainly for two big projects: one at the intersection of recreational and commercial areas, and the other right in the heart of the recreational zone.
Primark is coming to Odysseum
The first project simply involves welcoming the Irish fashion giant, Primark. For this, Odysseum is not skimping on resources and even plans a special walkway from the shopping area upstairs. On the other side of the walkway, you will find Zara, which has taken over the space from Sauramps. But you will have to arm yourself with a little patience before you can roam the aisles of Primark. The brand's opening is scheduled for the second half of 2025. In addition to Primark and the walkway, other improvements are planned, such as new flooring and redesigned pedestrian walkways.

New Delicious Addresses
Under this walkway, two new fast food spaces with terraces will be set up. Another significant novelty: a 873 m2 building, including 109 m2 of terrace, will be built right in the heart of the recreational area. The work will begin in September and delivery is planned for the end of the first half of 2025. A second phase of work is also planned, with a budget still unknown. It should arrive quickly, by the end of 2026. The center is also considering improving its access, especially for bicycles. So, are you ready for this big change?
