With its 100 trees, picnic tables, ping-pong area, and shaded pergola, Nino Ferrer Park, designed by Altéméd, is part of a large project aimed at reducing concrete in a neighborhood that has long been dominated by it. As a bonus: it marks the starting point of a planted walkway that will extend northward by 2026.

A neighborhood in full metamorphosis

With the opening of the Samuel Paty school, the creation of bike lanes, and the launch of 8,000 housing units (1,000 of which have already been delivered), the area is transforming at lightning speed. The 150,000 m² of spaces is incredible!

Commercial spaces planned around the MIN and the Tournezy and Saint-Martin hubs will enhance the vibrancy of the neighborhood. The Nino Ferrer park is the first green cornerstone, symbolizing this renewal.

Nature as a Friend

This new space is part of the "50,000 trees" initiative launched in 2020, aimed at making the city more resilient to climate change. Beyond the benches and pathways, the park truly serves as a haven for local biodiversity. At the inauguration, the ACM Habitat senior choir set the musical tone in front of Mayor Michaël Delafosse, showing that this place is designed to bring together all generations.
