Good news: the reform is based on volunteering. Bad news: not everyone sees it as a victory. Indeed, some agents do not appreciate the idea of working fewer hours each week if it means a reduction in vacation days (it really doesn’t make sense…).

During this city council meeting, another topic was on the agenda: permission for women suffering from endometriosis to take leave. While this debate was unanimous, the four-day workweek divided opinions. A review is planned after one year, to see if the measure is effective or if it's causing too much chaos in the organization of services.
