For the past two years, the shopping center has been undergoing a real makeover. After the opening of Primark and around twenty new stores, here come some new brands: Legami for stationery lovers, Lunettes pour tous, Le Petit Souk, and l’Atelier d’Amaya according to the Gazette de Montpellier.
An immersive 740m² restaurant
The big news is the arrival of “Under the Sea,” an immersive restaurant of 740 m² where you can dive into the underwater world without leaving the city center. Right next to it, get ready for the largest bowling alley in the region: 2,200 m², with around twenty lanes, each with its own theme —a first in France!
A vibrant space that's reinventing itself
And that's not all! A 1,300 m² extension is in the works, along with the arrival of three major brands (still a secret) and even a brand new bike space, this area is set to become a true living hub. A massive investment of 58 million euros is supporting this transformation, proving that the neighborhood is full of surprises!
