Sauve's heritage is both rich and diverse, and it speaks of its glorious past. Labeled as a "Village of Character", it will charm you with its imposing ramparts, its houses of golden stone, and its typical red tile roofs of the region. Nestled on the side of the Coutach massif, the village benefits from a remarkable natural setting, bordered by the peaceful flow of the Vidourle River.
