Opening in early 2025, this delightful Italian focaccia counter is all the rage in Montpellier!

Since the beginning of the year, the delightful scent of golden focaccia fills the air in Montpellier! We owe this to Fabien, a passionate lover of Italian street food who opened Fabiano Focaccia, a spot that treats the city to generously filled Italian sandwiches.

At Fabiano Focaccia, everything revolves around focaccia. This soft, flat bread comes out warm, topped with various ingredients straight from Italy: mortadella, burrata, homemade marinated vegetables, truffle ham… 

On the menu, about ten delicious savory focaccias, including two amazing vegetarian options for just 8.90€. Special shoutout to the Bella (truffle ham, gorgonzola, marinated artichokes) and the Roma a vegetarian focaccia (truffled stracciatella, marinated eggplants and bell peppers). Fresh bread from local bakeries, ingredients imported from Italy: it's a guaranteed hit!

And how can we forget the desserts?! They offer sweet focaccias at 4.90€ (pistachios, spreadable chocolate, stracciatella…) or homemade classics like tiramisu or panna cotta. Fabien even set up a cozy little terrace with 8 seats to enjoy everything outdoors. If you’re hungry, the 12.90€ deal is definitely worth it!
