Imagine yourself sitting at a table for 5 minutes in a lively underwater world, surrounded by video projections and soundscapes that transport you beneath the ocean. Bingo: that's what Under the Sea offers, the brand-new concept from the Ephemera group, which is taking over more than 740 m² near Primark at the Odysseum shopping center. Starting from noon on February 13th, the first guests will be able to dive into this unique culinary experience, with tables already available for reservation since this Saturday. The concept? To literally plunge into a forgotten marine world, thanks to an immersive setup that accompanies the entire meal.
A menu that highlights seafood
On the plate, Under the Sea stays true to its aquatic theme. The menu prominently features seafood specialties: cod in crust, surf and turf poultry, Mediterranean tarama, sea burger, and lobster pasta. Dishes that play onthe briny flavors and the delightful land-sea combinations, served in a friendly and generous way. The prices range from 8 to 13€ for appetizers, 15 to 23€ for main courses, and 6 to 12€ for desserts. For a complete experience, the immersive menu at 42€ lets you discover several creations from the chef (with the option to add a cocktail to really set the mood).

After several successful openings in other cities, the choice of Montpellier and Odysseum is no coincidence: the shopping center attracts a wide audience in search of new experiences and original adventures. And honestly, eating surrounded by virtual sea creatures while enjoying a sea burger is a refreshing change from the usual restaurant where you just stare at the wall in front of you.
