Unbelievable local cuisine!
But the real highlight of La Maison Rouge is its cuisine. Yori, the chef, trained in the finest restaurants in the region, offers a menu that showcases local and seasonal products. The result? Delicious, generous, and colorful dishes! We recommend their Madagascar vanilla foie gras terrine, their tuna tataki with two sesames, or their delicious pistachio-crusted salmon steak!
