A Tribute to Greek Traditions

The principle is simple: you create your own pita or bowl with fresh ingredients, mostly sourced from Greece. Meat, vegetables, sauces, and toppings, it's up to you to create the sandwich of your dreams.

Go to the Greeks for a Bite? Absolutely!

But the star of Gyraya is definitely the gyro! This sandwich made with marinated and spit-roasted meat is a must-have in Greek street food. At Gyraya, the gyro is prepared with quality meats and homemade sauces, for a delicious and authentic result.

The Gyraya team places great emphasis on the quality of its products: 50% of the products come directly from Greece, and the other half is sourced from local producers. You can find Greek yogurt, PDO feta, halloumi, falafel, French chicken, and fresh vegetables of the day.
