Montpellier, the world capital of dance? Why not! From June 22 to July 6, the city of Montpellier welcomes the best of the best choreographers for the 44th edition of its dance festival. Get ready to move your feet, it's going to be a blast!

This year, the festival puts a spotlight on creations with no less than 6 world premieres on the program! Most of the shows are actually unpublished pieces, which the audience will discover at the same time as Jean-Paul Montanari, the festival director. ## Le tour du monde en quelques jours The poster brings together companies from the 4 corners of the globe for a real choreographic world tour. On the menu: British with Wayne McGregor, Taiwanese with Cloud Gate, Iranian with Sorour Darabi, Japanese with Saburo Teshigawara... A beautiful mix of styles to satisfy all appetites!
Of course, festival pillars like Merce Cunningham or Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker will also be part of the event. A guarantee of quality for fans of great choreographic works. This 44th edition also marks the final steps of Jean-Paul Montanari at the helm of the festival, as he leaves on October 1st.
