Nestled on the ground floor of the RBC Design Center building, designed by Jean Nouvel, Lattara makes its home right in the heart of Port Marianne. Who's at the helm of this project? Alexandre Grimaud, a local boy and a true self-taught talent, has spent time in Sydney, Doha, and even at the Plaza Athénée. A lover of French excellence, he dreams of reimagining the art of chic brasserie dining, all while keeping it relaxed and inviting.

Chic, sunny, and 100% Montpellier
With its large sun-drenched pergola, elegant dining room, and caring team, Lattara checks all the boxes for a delightful place to be. There, fish is served right in front of you, chocolate mousse is scooped out by the ladle, and you are welcomed like family, with an extra touch of refinement.

A French kitchen that packs a punch
In the kitchen, Chef Thomas Boulanger-Gancia reinterprets the classics without losing their essence: twisted beef and carrots, pâté en croûte, vinaigrette leeks, or frog legs. Everything is homemade, the ingredients are carefully selected, and even the cocktails have flair, thanks to a Venezuelan bartender who serves up fresh and spicy creations. Trust me, the adventure is just beginning!
