In Paris, we don't visit the same places with the same eyes. Whether you arrive from Marseille, Lille, Nantes, or Strasbourg, you bring along your habits, your humor, and your expectations. With familiar landmarks, great hidden gems, and surprising detours, each city leaves its mark on how we discover the capital

And since in the summer, Paris gradually empties of its residents – Parisians head off on vacation by the water, and the city finds a unique calm – it’s the perfect time to wander and take ownership of those nooks and crannies that we don’t always get to savor the rest of the year. So here’s our little subjective yet heartfelt guide to the Paris of others.

The Paris of the Marseillais

Forget the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Elysées; Marseillais in Paris seek to explore another side of the capital: more local, more human, less postcard. They will take a stroll around Butte-aux-Cailles with its village atmosphere and street art (which reminds them of their hometown of Le Panier), as well as the 11th arrondissement, between the bars of Rue Oberkampf and the colorful facades of Rue Sainte-Marthe.

But one thing is for sure, Marseillais in Paris are on the lookout for every sunny spot. They arrange to meet in the ha .

Vibrant spots like the terrace of Moncœur Belleville, overlooking the city, or the stunning rooftop of Le Perchoir Ménilmontant, which probably boasts one of the finest views in the capital.

On top of that, the TGV INOUI portal offers you movies, documentaries, news, podcasts, and games, all for free!
