The Annex is the new corner of Marseille Paradise to rent and furnished by Caroline and Jean-Christophe Victor, who are already the proud owners of a unique living space in Marseille: the Bunker des Calanques. In this intimate apartment overlooking the small Port of La Madrague de Montredon, vacationers and curious visitors alike can enjoy an immersive getaway surrounded by the work of over forty local artisans.

Before talking about the Annex, it is important to remember that it is the second baby of a couple of passionate about unusual space. Caroline and Jean-Christophe Victor invested in the Bunker des Calanques a few years ago. Out of time and borders, this immaculate white bunker, at the entrance of the Goudes and facing the Great Blue, offers an incredible living environment.
It's a protected and comfortable place that can accommodate up to 80 people outdoors. A bright space, completely open to the Mediterranean, that invites meetings and exchanges. And it is aware of how lucky they are to live in the heart of a spot worthy of the Cyclades, that they have decided to open it to the public several times a year.
The story of the couple, the place where they live on a daily basis as well as their reflections on the world we live in, inspire us to take a stand on projects linked to strong values such as welcoming diversity and defending uniqueness, promoting tolerance, kindness, and generosity, sharing collectively, fostering transmission and creativity, and finally reconnecting with Nature with a capital N. **The Annex of the Calanques Bunker: a private museum for rent** 500 meters as the crow flies from the Calanques Bunker, the Annex has just appeared on the small Madrague de Montredon Port. As a complement to the Bunker, the Annex allowed the couple to go further in their deep desire for enhancement and making available creations from artisans, artists, and local actors animated by common values.
It is also possible to invest in its optimal 45m2 to sell creations, present a project, organize events, residences, workshops, and more.

Partisan.e.s - A showcase of Southern talents at the Annexe of the Calanques Bunker

If the Bunker has long been a privatized location for photo shoots and filming, the couple has decided to bring the Annex to life through the Partisan.e.s #1 project. Before its opening, the space of the Annexe was carefully studied by all partner artisans, so that their work would seamlessly blend into the atmosphere of the place soon ready to welcome those curious for a peaceful getaway.

After a friendly meeting at the Bunker des Calanques and the discovery of the Annex, artisans and designers had 2 months to get to work. From this initial exchange, collaborations were born and some artists decided to combine their knowledge and skills to merge their arts. Expectations full of kindness that represent the entire project.
As a result, the Annex of the Calanques Bunker is now a unique living space in Marseille where you can discover, throughout your stay, the true treasures of Marseille!
