The Ultimate Luxury: Le Dantès
The Sofitel Marseille hides its charm well… Even though one would gladly sleep in its 5-star rooms, we head instead towards its large terrace nestled on the 7th floor, at Le Dantès Skylounge (not far from the rooftop of the Rowing Club that we have already introduced you to)! On the menu, a great selection of cocktails and a view of the Mucem and the rest of Marseille from above. Perfect for a nice evening… Shall we stay for the night?

The most exclusive: The Fort Ganteaume
If you see this rooftop in a photo, you'd have a hard time believing it's hidden in Marseille. The Fort Ganteaume, or more commonly known as "Fort Saint Nicolas," has an incredible view of Marseille: From the terrace of the restaurant Les Étoiles du Fort, you can see the Old Port, Notre-Dame-de-la-Garde above, the Mucem, the Fort Saint Jean, and the many facets of Marseille... Not to mention its lovely decor, its garlands, its armchairs.cosy and its cocktail menu. Well, the only minor issue is that if you are not part of the Ministry of Defense or one of the privileged few who have access, you will need to privatize the place for a rooftop evening... Very VIP! When will it open to the public?
