The Editor

« Even though I am particularly "speed" in meeting the expectations of my guests, I endorse the "slow life," declares Eve, the owner of this colossal building inherited from her parents. Formerly a chemist, she left the industrial world of Aix-en-Provence to make Domaine La Parpaille what it is today. A domain that includes 5 bedrooms, a loft, and an independent cottage with its own pool."

A pool that is "only" the third on the estate after the particularly Instagrammed small pool at the entrance to the premises, and the immense heated pool where the summer aperitifs are organized. According to Eve, a hostess, it is "the art of welcoming people" as one would like to be welcomed. In a calm, convivial atmosphere, and at its own pace.

Wellness at the heart of the Parpaille experience

From the many aforementioned pools, to the menu of massages, to yoga classes and even "yoga retreats" (a weekend for the curious and lovers of meditation, and the dog "head down"), your stay at Domaine La Parpaille is undeniably oriented towards well-being without overdoing it.

Hi there! Welcome to our website! We hope you're having a wonderful day filled with positivity and joy. Feel free to explore all the great content we have to offer. Remember to smile and spread kindness wherever you go. Have a fantastic day! 😊🌟🎉

In this Provencal farmhouse that has been modernized under the refreshments of the owner while keeping an authenticity that warms the hearts of the locals, we forget about our daily life and enjoy the tranquility of the place and the calm offered by the stone walls with incredible sound insulation.
At Domaine La Parpaille, from the "sun salutation" under the yoga tent to the "sunset" with a glass of local rosé in hand, everything is done facing the vineyards and under the song of the cicadas.

La Table d'Ève

Even though the region has its share of famous restaurants and quality hole-in-the-wall places, Ève creates a culinary experience every day that reflects her personality. "I pay close attention to what I eat, using alternative flours, lesser-known fats, plenty of vegetables grown under the Provence sun, and as much as possible, local products," she says. From a breakfast rich in pastries and roasted almonds for spreading, to the often vegetarian but particularly hearty lunch "bowl," to a meal tray on a whole different level compared to what you eat in front of Netflix at home, Ève leaves nothing to chance.

On Saturday nights, she really pulls out all the stops with her "grande table d'hôte" offer, which includes an appetizer, main course, cheese, and dessert for the sum of 42€ per person. Starting in June, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, there are tapas for those who want them around the pool with some background music and a not-so-hidden relaxation project.

Window onto Luberon

Between Romance, Starlight, and Moonstone, each room has its own identity and fragrance. Linden, orange blossom, green tomato... Eve has chosen the typical Provencal fragrances of Eau de Cassis to scent each room. A detail that may seem insignificant, but it completes the circle of a carefully crafted atmosphere. The rooms range from 15 to 50m2 (off-season: from 140€ to 270€ with breakfast) and each one has a.private bathroom.

Only the bohemian loft (low season: €190 per night without breakfast / €230 per night with breakfast) has a private kitchen. As for the cottage that can accommodate up to 4 people, it is completely independent from the other rooms with its own entrance and, most importantly, as mentioned earlier, its own hidden bathing area behind a dense hedge. It is only rented by the week, ranging from €1195 in low season to €2450 from the end of June to the end of August.
