Crabe-Toro

In the heart of the Panier district, Crabe-Toro has become the master of unconventional sandwiches and plate tapas. Here, you won't find the typical ham and butter sandwich under the colors of OM, but rather sandwiches rich in flavors rarely trapped between two slices of bread. Lamb shoulder shreds, Truffle Prosciutto, Paleron... are just some of the ingredients you can find in the gourmet sandwiches at Crabe-Toro. And don't worry, if our selection seems very meat-heavy, theirs always includes a touch of seafood and greens too!

The Brioche Brothers

The Brioches Brothers bring sweetness and deliciousness to the Vieux-Port area for several months. They offer soft, rich, and shiny sandwich recipes. The duo Mathieu Legrand and Silvere Preher behind this recent street food spot decided to combine sweet and savory with great finesse. To accompany these new-style sandwiches, they serve potato skewers that you won't find anywhere else in Marseille.

Bagnat

Brand new, beautiful (and in a color we particularly love), this new address in Marseille has just opened its doors. Behind Bagnat are François and Diane, a couple in the kitchen as in life, who have decided to offer the people of Marseille high-quality street food. Based on the traditional Nice "Pan bagnat", they have created a short but effective menu for a quick lunch that will satisfy you. Classic or revisited Pan bagnat, Italian Focaccias, and generously filled club sandwiches are available to enjoy on the spot or take away for the residents of the St Victor neighborhood and curious visitors from elsewhere.

Maison Cordon Bleu - Absolutely divine! ©

Marcel Pané (formerly Maison Cordon Bleu) is the new Marseille concept that allows you to enjoy a piece of your childhood rolled up at your fingertips. The couple behind this new street food corner nestled between the Préfecture and Cours Julien offers homemade cordons bleus that are finger-licking good. After choosing the components for your own version, the kitchen will send you your cordon bleu in the form of a deliciously filled tube of your choice of cheese, either on their small terrace or for takeaway. A truly nostalgic proposition that will please both children and adults alike.

Sandwich with aioli from Pain à l'ail in Marseille
Pain à l'ail - @balancetonplat ©

Pain à l'ail is undoubtedly the most Marseille street food address in the selection. In this small restaurant near the Old Port, you will find everything that makes Provencal cuisine so rich in a sandwich. If you love aioli but don't have time to go to Aldo, or you adore daube but find the cooking time discouraging to make it yourself, then the frustration is over! Pain à l'ail offers all their recipes ready to take away. We must admit, it's a truly great idea that stands out and maintains a regional connection and love for traditions, which is highly appreciated.

In the world of street food, anything goes. You can offer reimagined dishes as well as dishes straight from elsewhere, and that's exactly what Boludo does. This spot aims to introduce tasty and easy-to-eat empanadas to your Phocaean eating habits.
An empanada is a small turnover made of puff pastry or sometimes bread dough, filled with meat, fish, egg, potato, or other ingredients, according to the customs of each Latin American region. Made fresh at Boludo, they promise you a true change of scenery, if only for a moment.
