KIN is the new address recently opened in the heart of Marseille city center, where Chef Hugues Mbenda has dedicated himself to a cuisine inspired by his childhood in Kinshasa. Just as the establishment opened, the humble chef and his partner Mathilde Godart must offer a Valentine's Day menu, reflecting its exotic universe. And they have succeeded quite well with this 7-course menu featuring recognizable yet intriguing flavors. With great care, Chef Mbenda reveals in his cuisine a deep love for French culinary know-how and the bold flavors of his home country, Congo. Just try the "Duck Pithiviers with passion fruit juice and cauliflower variation" and you'll see.
