A Grand Arrival!
After the success of Carlotta With in 2018, founder Charlotte Crousillat decided to create another culinary gem within her famous deli nestled in the heart of Vauban, delighting the locals. In mid-May, she inaugurated her new bakery Pompe. This new space, entrusted to her father, specializes in the traditional olive oil brioche and embodies Marseille, its authenticity, and its culture.

What do they serve there?
The bakery has a fun twist on classic recipes like the famous Provençal dessert, as well as sourdough bread and ancient flours. You can indulge in a personal-sized version of the "pompe" (delicious!). If you're used to enjoying this traditional cake during the festive season, then you're in for a treat! Thanks to Charlotte, you can enjoy it any time of the year in a traditional, cinnamon, or chocolate flavor (creative and affordable at 3.50€). The bakery also offers savory options like Pompe Bagnat, a cheesy sandwich or Pompe pizzas... We're already getting hungry just thinking about it!
