A 100% Upcycled Set Design

In this pop-up restaurant designed from scratch for the occasion, BAÏTA has chosen a 100% upcycled set design built using professional kitchen equipment. A minimalist design custom-made to be easily assembled and disassembled, practical and stylish!

The menu

In the kitchen, Marseille-born French-Vietnamese chef Lou Chapuis, formerly at the helm of l'Épicerie l’Idéal restaurant in Marseille, offers a short, mixed and seasonal menu, in close collaboration with local producers: Pan bagnat, grilled cheese and generous Banh mi to enjoy on the go. And to beat the summer heat, a selection of lively wines: short macerations, fine bubbles, and well-chilled reds. A delight to enjoy while exploring the exhibitions!
