From July 28 to August 8, 2024, the sailing events will take place entirely in Marseille at the Olympic Marina. On the agenda: more than 330 athletes from 40 nations will have to face 12 days of sailing competition including 10 Olympic events (2 mixed and 6 sailing categories). The Marina includes the nautical stadium of Roucas Blanc which will be the starting point for boats during the events, as well as the northern part of the Prado beach park. Athletes and spectators will be welcomed in these two spaces. The Olympic village will open on July 24 for the people of Marseille and visitors, and will be free of charge. The activities at the Village are still a mystery, but we already know that Marseille is a food heaven! The famous Marseille Chef, Alexandra Mazzia, will be there during the events to delight the athletes with healthy and delicious recipes.Some activities will also be offered for both young and old, food trucks, fun and sports activities?! Bike Riding at the Heart of Football Events

The City of Marseille is one of the 7 chosen sites to host the men's and women's football competitions at the 2024 Olympics.
