While the prestigious Rue de Furstemberg, nestled in the 6th arrondissement of Paris, tops the list with a price per square meter of 24,272 euros, a street in Marseille stands out in this ranking. It is Avenue Marechal Lyautey located in the 7th arrondissement, where the price per square meter reaches 7,066 euros.

Real estate prices are skyrocketing in Marseille!
According to a study conducted once again by MeilleursAgents: over the past two years, prices have increased by an average of more than 12%, whereas previously, increases were around 3% per year. This record rate concerns all French coastlines, but it is mostly decreasing, except in the PACA region and especially in Marseille! Let's hope we don't end up at the top of the ranking alongside Paris...
