Pastry chef Laure Desmorieux unveils two Yule logs that reflect the refined spirit of the estate. The Chocolate & Hazelnuts, comforting and cozy, combines Bahibé Valrhona and hazelnuts from Piedmont. The Lemon & Olive Oil, more tangy, showcases the flavors of Provence with its sponge cake and creamy black fruity olive oil paired with lemon zest mousse.
