A program that's just perfect
The day's menu is quite packed! Starting at 11 AM, a round table will shine a light on food resilience inspired by African cuisines. As a bonus: a culinary demo featuring the Cuicui de Rudimenterre, a low-tech clay pot. After the discussion, it's time to indulge in a slow-futuristic lunch crafted by a crew of chefs back from Cameroon.
