How can we adapt our diet to a warming world? That's the question posed by the Ecotable Community with "Chaud Devant!", an event that brings together research, gastronomy, and low-tech innovation. The idea is to cook smart to adjust to extreme temperatures while minimizing our environmental impact. And what better place than Marseille, with its delightful climate, to host this tasty reflection?

A program that's just perfect

The day's menu is quite packed! Starting at 11 AM, a round table will shine a light on food resilience inspired by African cuisines. As a bonus: a culinary demo featuring the Cuicui de Rudimenterre, a low-tech clay pot. After the discussion, it's time to indulge in a slow-futuristic lunch crafted by a crew of chefs back from Cameroon. And to wrap up beautifully: a fun activity on solar cooking with Le Présage restaurant, all about trying out cooking without fossil energy.
