To celebrate the exhibition of Bernard Plossu, « The HIP Years » which highlights the hippie movement of the 60s through stunning photographs, the Musée Regards de Provence with its panoramic view of Marseille is launching Yog’Art sessions!
Yog’Art
The yoga sessions provide participants with a unique experience of harmony and relaxation, perfectly in tune with the spirit of freedom, peace, and community of that era. These gentle and meditative sessions promote calming of the mind and release of tensions. The classes take place within the exhibition, allowing yogis to immerse themselves in this period of cultural excitement while engaging in a physical and spiritual practice.
