A Family Story

Hailing from Péllisanne, just a few kilometers from Marseille, Mickaël followed in his father's footsteps, who was also a baker! He's a bit « born in the dough » as they say… And despite his success, he still takes the time to make his own bread with the flavor of natural sourdough that fills the air with an amazing aroma you can smell from the sidewalk on the avenue.

The Art of Pastry Making

For the past 2 years, the Pointe-Rouge neighborhood has welcomed a pastry virtuoso, and that’s an understatement! His creations are all over social media, trending on TikTok, going viral, and it’s no coincidence. At Mickaël Martinez's shop, we first indulge with our eyes... His pastries are so beautiful that you don’t even want to touch them. Well, let’s be honest, the amazing aroma gives us away so quickly that it's impossible to resist taking a bite. And what a delight! When you taste his hazelnut bars, raspberry croissants (yes, whole raspberries inside, it's incredible), king-sized chocolate croissants, Swiss chocolate, or even caramel bow ties, it’s HEAVEN on earth.
